 1. Mr Prof. Dr. Hubert Burda, Germany, has informed us according to
Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
zooplus AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 23, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 209,021 Voting Rights). All of these
Voting Rights are attributed to Prof. Dr. Hubert Burda in accordance with
Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).
 
2. Hubert Burda Media Holding Kommanditgesellschaft, Offenburg,
Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares the Voting Rights on zooplus AG, München, Germany, have
fallen below the 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 23, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to
209,021 Voting Rights). All of these Voting Rights are attributed to Hubert
Burda Media Holding Kommanditgesellschaft in accordance with Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
 
3. Burda Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, Offenburg, Deutschland, has
informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
the Voting Rights on zooplus AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the
15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 23, 2015 and
on that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 209,021 Voting Rights).
All of these Voting Rights are attributed to Burda Gesellschaft mit
beschränkter Haftung in accordance with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No.
1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
 
4. Burda Digital Ventures GmbH, Offenburg, Deutschland, has informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting
Rights on zooplus AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the 15%, 10%, 5%
and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 23, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 209,021 Voting Rights).
 
5. BDV Beteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG, München, Deutschland, has informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting
Rights on zooplus AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 23, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 0.00 % (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
