Registration of new wording of the Articles of Association of AB Linas Agro Group and authorized capital expressed in euro

On November 26^th 2015 new wording of the Articles of Association of AB Linas Agro Group was registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

From now on, the nominal value of one share of AB Linas Agro Group is EUR 0.29 and the authorized capital is equal to EUR 46,092,715.42, which is divided into 158,940,398 ordinary registered shares.
