DOVRE GROUP’S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2016
Dovre Group Plc releases its financial statements bulletin for January 1 – December 31, 2015 on Thursday, February 18, 2016. The Annual Report 2015, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, and the corporate governance statement, will be published online during week 10.
As of January 1, 2016, Dovre Group applies the possibility allowed by amendments to the Finnish Securities Markets Act entered into force on November 26, 2015, not to release an interim report for the first three months and the first nine months of the financial year. Instead, the company will release a quarterly trading statement for the each period in question.
Dovre Group releases its financial reports in 2016 as follows:
- Q1 trading statement for January 1 – March 31, 2016 on Thursday, April 28, 2016
- Half-year report for January 1 – June 30, 2016 on Thursday, July 28, 2016
- Q3 trading statement for January 1 – September 30, 2016 on Thursday, October 27, 2016
The company’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016. Dovre Group’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
Dovre Group Plc observes a three week silent period prior to the release of the above mentioned financial reports. The company does not comment on its financial situation development or meet with investment analysts or other members of the investment community during this period.
