Den 30 november 2015 offentliggjorde EQT VII genom IGT Holding IV AB ett pressmeddelande med information om att IGT Holding IV AB har för avsikt att lämna ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Industrial & Financial Systems AB. Enligt gällande regelverk blir ett bolag noterat på Nasdaq Stockholm observationsnoterat om bolaget är föremål för ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande eller om en budgivare har offentliggjort sin avsikt att lämna ett sådant erbjudande med avseende på bolaget.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att aktierna i Industrial & Financial Systems AB (IFS A, ISIN-kod SE0000189953, orderboks-ID 994 samt IFS B, ISIN-kod SE0000189946, orderboks-ID 995) ska observationsnoteras.
On November 30, 2015, EQT VII published a press release through IGT Holding IV AB with information that IGT Holding IV AB intends to raise a public offer to the shareholders in Industrial & Financial Systems AB. The current rules of Nasdaq Stockholm state that a listed company will be given observation status if the company is subject to a public offer or if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Industrial & Financial Systems AB (IFS A, ISIN code SE0000189953, order book ID 994 and IFS B, ISIN code SE0000189946, order book ID 995) will be given observation status.
