(NASDAQ:PGTI), the nation’s leading manufacturer and supplier of residential impact-resistant windows and doors, announced earlier today that the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire WinDoor, Incorporated. PGT will host a conference call on Wednesday, December 9th 2015, to discuss the company’s acquisition plans, in addition to other business matters.
