Riga, 2015-12-01 12:50 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” informs that in accordance to the decision of extraordinary meeting of shareholders hold on October 29, 2015 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination will be performed on the fifteenth calendar day following the registration of the new Articles of Association of AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, i.e. the denomination date is set on December 15, 2015 (end of the day).
Amendments to the Articles of association of AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” have been registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia on November 30, 2015.
