On 1 December 2015 Šiaulių Bankas received a notification from the Bank of Lithuania stating that the Board of the Bank of Lithuania passed a resolution dated 30 November 2015 to grant permission to reorganize the bank Finasta AB by way of merge with Šiaulių Bankas AB.
