Hanson to Spearhead Agency Operations and Advance Strategic Objectives

Since joining Genuine as VP of Talent in 2011, Hanson has helped grow Genuine's talent pool by more than 100 percent while also assuming responsibility for agency operations and a significant role in agency strategy.

As SVP/Chief of Staff, Hanson is now responsible for HR, Operations, Agency Health and Culture. Prior to joining Genuine, Hanson helped develop talent and culture for a wide range of traditional and digital agencies and companies, including Isobar, MathWorks and J. Jill. She has a B.S. in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
