Den 18 november 2015 observationsnoterades aktierna i Nordic Mines AB (”Bolaget”) på grund av att Bolaget samma dag offentliggjort ett pressmeddelande med information om att Bolaget inte hade tillräckligt med rörelsekapital för att täcka sitt behov under de kommande tolv månaderna. Bristen i rörelsekapitalet bedömdes uppstå innan årsskiftet. Den 1 december 2015 offentliggjorde Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att emissionslikvid uppgående till ca 80 miljoner kronor inbetalts i den då pågående företrädesemissionen och den 14 december 2015 offentliggjorde Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att företrädesemissionen slutligen registrerats hos Bolagsverket.
Med anledning av ovanstående har Nasdaq Stockholm AB beslutat att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Nordic Mines AB (NOMI, ISIN-kod SE0007491105, orderbok-ID 57018) ska tas bort fr.o.m. idag den 14 december 2015.

On November 18, 2015, the shares in Nordic Mines AB (the “Company”) were given observation status due to a press release published the same day with information that the Company did not have sufficient working capital for the forthcoming twelve months. The lack in the working capital was estimated to occur prior to the year-end. On December 1, 2015, the Company published a press release with information that the Company had received proceeds from the on-going new issue amounting to approx. SEK 80 million, and on December 14, 2015 the Company published a press release with information that the new issue had been finally registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
With reference to the above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Nordic Mines AB (NOMI, ISIN code SE0007491105, order book ID 57018) shall be removed with effect as of today, December 14, 2015.
