The TagMaster Nominating committee for 2016 is confirmed

The TagMaster Nominating committee for the AGM in April 2016 has been confirmed.
Gert Sviberg, the company’s biggest shareholder, will be its chairman. Further
members are Tomas Brunberg and Didrik Hamilton as the next following biggest
shareholders together with Gunnar Ek representing the smaller share holders and
Rolf Norberg, chairman of the company. In addition Peter Ragnarsson has been
invited as an adjoint member of the Nominating committee, being the fourth
biggest owner and with just a few shares less than the third biggest owner. The
latter has taken the initiative to this invitation.

A first meeting has been held today December 14 and the Nominating committee is
planning for another one or two meetings before the AGM planned for April 28,
2016.
