Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Announces Pricing of Secondary Public Offering by Selling Shareholders

MIAMI, Dec. 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq:NCLH) ("Norwegian") announced today the pricing of the previously announced secondary public offering of approximately 10.3 million of its ordinary shares by certain funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC and Star NCLC Holdings Ltd. pursuant to an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") at a price to the public of $57.65 per ordinary share. The offering is expected to close on or about December 17, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. Norwegian did not sell any ordinary shares in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
