Quadrant 4’s Empowered Education Exchange Solution Chosen by Texas Based Mexia, Independent School District to Guide Instruction and Operations

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Dec. 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quadrant 4 System Corporation (QFOR) ("Quadrant 4" or the "Company") a leading technology company offering state-of-the art SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) based Exchange Solutions today announces it has been selected by the Mexia Independent School District “Mexia ISD” (www.mexiaisd.net) to participate in a pilot program deploying Quadrant 4’s Empowered Solutions Education Exchange. Utilizing Quadrant 4’s Social, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud (SMAC) architecture, the Exchange is powered by QEDIX (Quadrant Ed Info Exchange).

Mexia ISD serves the city of Mexia, Texas.   The school district serves its pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade students in a diverse district which encompasses 6 campuses.  Mexia ISD is a district that serves a large population of At Risk students including those that are socio-economically disadvantaged.

The district’s administration is focused on two of Quadrant 4’s online assessment and instructional programs, Achiever and Mechanics that are offered through its unit, Brainchild (www.brainchild.com).   Integrated with Quadrant 4’s Empowered Solutions Education Exchange, the pilot will measure how these intervention products are tailored to address the At Risk student population.  The pilot will run through the end of the school year in June, 2016.

Dr. Sharon Ross, Mexia ISD’s Superintendent said, “Quadrant 4 has cleaned up our data and provided us with accurate information to guide instruction and operations for the district. We have been looking for a solution like this.”

Quadrant 4’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Nandu Thondavadi stated, “Our near term goal with the Education Exchange product is to get as diverse an audience for our pilots as possible.  As a result of our Brainchild acquisition, we have existing relationships with over 400 school districts and we are leveraging these relationships to validate our product vision and partner with select districts to begin deployments in a tightly controlled rollout.   Our Education group has done a good job in targeting these early adaptors and we will continue to concentrate on these existing relationships as well as focus on developing new relationships throughout the country.”
