Lyngby, 2015-12-16 08:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At an extraordinary general meeting today, December 16, 2015, the board of directors of Haldor Topsoe A/S has unanimously elected Anders Heine Jensen and Henrik Stiesdal as new members of the board of directors as of today. The board of directors now consists of Henrik Topsøe (chairman), Christina Topsøe, Jakob Topsøe, Jens Kehlet Nørskov, Jeppe Fonager Christiansen, Jørgen Huno Rasmussen, Anders Heine Jensen and Henrik Stiesdal. In addition, Jette Søvang Christiansen, Aino Irene Saldo, Søren Toft and Martin Østberg are staff-elected members of the board.
