Pacific Financial Corporation Raises Annual Cash Dividend to $0.22 Per Share


ABERDEEN, Wash., Dec. 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Financial Corporation (OTCQB:PFLC), the holding company for Bank of the Pacific, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 8, 2016, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2015.
