PKC Group Plc’s financial reporting practices changes in 2016
PKC Group Plc will change its financial reporting practices as a result of the amended Securities Market Act, which was entered into force on 26 November, 2015. PKC will publish abridged Interim Statements instead of Interim Reports in 1-3/2016 and 1-9/2016.
In 2016 PKC will publish financial information as follows:
- Financial Statement Release 2015 Thursday, February 11, 2016 at about 8.15 a.m.
- Interim Statement 1-3/2016 Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at about 8.15 a.m.
- Half-yearly Report 1-6/2016 Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at about 8.15 a.m.
- Interim Statement 1-9/2016 Thursday, October 27, 2016 at about 8.15 a.m.
PKC Group Plc will publish its Financial Statements 2015 on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the latest.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016.
