Extended timeframe for negotiations of investment agreement between East Capital Explorer and East Capital

As announced on 21 September 2015, East Capital Explorer and East Capital are
reviewing the investment agreement that regulates the relationship between the
two companies. The parties have agreed to extend the timeframe and now expect to
present the outcome of the negotiations no later than in conjunction with East
Capital Explorer’s year-end report, due on 11 February 2016. The previously
communicated aim was before year-end 2015.
