Erik Bank Lauridsen to resign from Sydbank’s Board of Directors

Erik Bank Lauridsen, General Manager, has announced that he will resign from Sydbank’s Board of Directors at the next AGM on 17 March 2016.

Erik Bank Lauridsen was elected to Sydbank’s Board of Directors in 2011 and was re-elected in 2014. The wish to resign is due to increased activity in Erik Bank Lauridsen’s own companies and the opportunity to focus more on these companies.

After Erik Bank Lauridsen’s resignation the Board of Directors will consist of seven members elected by the Shareholders’ Committee and three members elected by the employees.
