Communiqué from Extraordinary General Meeting of Eniro


Eniro AB (publ) held an Extraordinary General Meeting today. The General Meeting

resolved in favour of the Board’s recommendation to approve a settlement
agreement between the company and former CEO Johan Lindgren. Lindgren has agreed
to waive all claims against the company regarding termination salary and
severance pay. In return, the company will waive its claims against Lindgren.
The settlement agreement is estimated to have a positive earnings effect of
approximately SEK 14 M.
