On 8 January, 2016 the latest Arco Vara AS is planning to issue bonds in the maximum amount of 1 million euros with interest rate no higher than 12% per year. The interest payments of the bonds will be made quarterly and the bonds will be redeemed on the maturity date. The maturity date will be set for maximum 24 months. The issued bonds will not be guaranteed.
Arco Vara AS is planning to offer bonds up to 15 determined persons. Current bond issue will be performed in accordance with Securities Market Act §12 (2) 2) and is not public. Proceeds of the bond issue will be used for real estate development in Estonia.
