Construction contract in Lithuania (office building in Vilnius)

On 18 December 2015, UAB Merko Statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with UAB E.L.L. Nekilnojamas Turtas, part of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS group, to perform the construction of an office building, located at Narbuto 5, Vilnius, Lithuania.

The leasable area of Narbuto 5 (www.narbuto5.lt) class A energy efficient office building is over 4,600 m², the building has six floors and two underground floors for parking. The office building is pursuing BREEAM certification.

The value of the contract is approximately 8.5 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works start in December 2015 and are scheduled to complete in the first quarter of 2017.

UAB Merko Statyba (www.merko.lt) is Lithuanian construction company, which offers construction services in the fields of general construction, civil engineering and residential construction.
