On December 21, 2015 the Charter of Šiaulių Bankas AB (hereinafter – the Bank) has been newly registered at the Register of Legal Entities while the bank Finasta AB (hereinafter – the FB) and brokerage firm Finasta (hereinafter – the FBF) have been deregistered from the Register of Legal Entities. After the aforementioned events, the reorganization of the FB and FBF by merge with the Bank shall be deemed as closed.
In accordance with the resolutions of the Bank of Lithuania and the European Central Bank the licenses of the FB and FBF have been cancelled after deregistration of the FB and FBF from the Register of Legal Entities. The Bank has taken over all assets, rights and liabilities of the FB and FBF as of the same day.
