On 21 December 2015, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with Riga International Airport to perform the second phase construction works of the passenger terminal in Riga International Airport.
The scope of works includes completion of internal and external finishing works in the partially completed passenger terminal. In addition works include different type of infrastructure connections as well as equipment purchase and installation in the terminal.
The value of the contract is approximately 8.9 million euros, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to start in January 2016 and completed by September 2016.
