The video is a new take on Freshpet’s wildly successful Holiday Feast video featuring 13 dogs and 1 cat enjoying Christmas Dinner together. The “dogs with hands” video was an instant viral success and to date has garnered over 50 million views. Now, Freshpet is giving the Internet the sequel it has been begging for, this time with a few new surprises and just as much cheer. In “Santa’s Elves,” Freshpet offers a peak into the world of the North Pole, where 15 dogs and 3 cats work with human hands to make toys for kids and pets alike. And like last year, many of the pets featured in the video are available for adoption—with one noteworthy exception. Internet star Marnie the Dog joins the party this year as Santa’s Head Elf.
For Freshpet, the videos are an opportunity to showcase the loving personalities of the shelter dogs and cats involved.
