Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-12-23 09:41 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania carried out the investigation about disclosure of the regulated information by Pieno zvaigzdes, AB for the period from 1 February 2014 till 31 August 2015.
Based on this investigation on 21 December 2015 The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania took decision No.241-235 to give a warning to Pieno zvaigzdes, AB about not timely published material events related with Company‘s activity and not timely published interim period‘s results.
