Ramirent Plc (Business ID 0977135-4) has on 22 December 2015 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Nordea Funds Oy according to which their holding of shares and votes in Ramirent Plc has exceeded 5%.
The mutual funds managed by Nordea Funds Oy have on 21 December 2015 purchased 374,385 shares in Ramirent Oyj. After the share transactions, the mutual funds managed by Nordea Funds Oy increased to 5,496,369, representing 5.06% of the shares and voting rights of Ramirent Plc.
Ramirent Plc has one class of shares and each share entitles to one vote. The total number of shares is 108,697,328.
