The year 2015 Annual Report including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published as a web report on 26 February 2016 at the latest.
Componenta Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 18 March 2016 at 10.00. The meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on. Shareholders, who request a certain issue to be included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors of Componenta on 12 January 2016 at the latest.
