HONKARAKENNE THE SHARE OF OWNERSHIP HAS DECREASED TO 25.9 % IN PUULAAKSON ENERGIA
Puulaakson Energia Oy, included in Honkarakenne Group consolidated financial statements as an associated company, has issued shares to Karstulan Lämpöverkko Oy. After the share issue Honkarakenne’s share of ownership in Puulaakson Energia is 25.9 % and the company is still reported as an associated company using the equity method. Before the share issue the ownership was 41.1 %.
