NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER
All 136,582,157 new shares issued in Ixonos Plc’s (“Ixonos”) rights offering decided by the Board of Directors on 2 December 2015 and all 6,856,345 new shares issued in Ixonos’ directed share issue decided by the Board of Directors on 22 December 2015 have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 30 December 2015. The new shares will carry the right to receive dividends and other distribution of funds, if any, and other shareholder rights in Ixonos as of the registration of the offered shares with the Finnish Trade Register. Ixonos now has a total of 353,564,898 shares and votes.
