Following the requirement set in the amended part 1 of the Article 24 of the Securities Law of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilniaus baldai AB will prepare Interim information and will release it according to the rules provided by the legal acts.
Vilniaus baldai AB plans to release financial results during FY2016 (starting September 1, 2015 ending August 31, 2016) according to the following plan:
- April 5, 2016 – consolidated interim financial statements for the six months; consolidated interim report for the six months;
- June 28, 2016 – consolidated interim financial statements for the nine months;
- October 25, 2016 – consolidated interim financial statements for the twelve months;
- November 21, 2016 – consolidated annual audited financial statements; consolidated annual report.
