Componenta has signed a standstill agreement with Nordic lenders

Componenta announced on 4 December 2015 that the company has commenced negotiations relating to its Nordic syndicated loan agreement, as the company is not in compliance with certain terms of the agreement. Componenta has today signed a so called standstill agreement with the Nordic counterparties of the syndicated loan, according to which the lenders will relieve Componenta from complying with the above mentioned loan terms for a fixed period. The agreement will apply until end of April 2016 and it contains typical terms for such agreements that the company has to fulfill for the duration of the agreement.
