Diös Fastigheter sells in Härnösand


Diös Fastigheter has sold a portfolio of 30 properties in Härnösand of
approximately 84,000 square metres. Buyers are the local companies Westerlind
Fastigheter i Härnösand AB/ Landsorten Invest AB. The underlying property value
amounts to SEK 342.5 million and change of possession will take place January
12, 2016.
The properties contains of 81 per cent commercial area and 19 per cent
residential. The number of tenants totals 322 whereas the three largest are Com
Hem AB, Länsförsäkringar Västernorrland AB and Municipality of Härnösand. The
annual rental income amounts to SEK 47 million and the vacancy rate is 14 per
cent. After this sale, Diös Fastigheter has no real estates in Härnösand.

The transaction takes form as company transaction will give a result, including
transaction cost, of circa SEK 5 million. The results will be reported during
the first quarter in 2016.

around both Härnösand and also the properties gives them best condition to
further develop this portfolio. The sale will lead to a more concentrated
