Copenhagen, 2016-01-07 15:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 12 October 2015, Per Aarsleff A/S informed that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares in the building and construction company Hansson & Knudsen A/S in Odense.
However, the acquisition was subject to the approval of the competition authorities. Today, 7 January 2016, we have received the said approval from the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
The acquisition will formally take place on 13 January 2016.
