With this, “LATVIJAS TILTI” joint-stock company informs that on the 28^th of December 2015 “LATVIJAS TILTI” Joint-stock company has concluded a Construction agreement with the Klaipeda State Seaport Authority about the completion of construction works of the object “Reconstruction of quays No. 66-67 with the extension of quays No. 66a-67a. 3^rd construction stage – reconstruction of the quay No. 66 with local utility networks. 4^th construction stage – improvement of the railway tracks on quays No. 66, 66a, 67a and 67”.

The agreement value is 4,384 million euros, including the Value Added Tax. Remuneration for the completed works will be carried out in accordance with monthly acts of completed works.
