With this, “LATVIJAS TILTI” Joint-stock company informs that on the 10th of September 2015 it has submitted an offer for the procurement “Construction works of the “Reconstruction of quays No. 67 and 68 (1st and 2nd construction stages) in Klaipeda” object” organised by the Klaipeda State Seaport Authority (hereinafter – the Procurement). The offer of “LATVIJAS TILTI” Joint-stock company was deemed the winner of the Procurement.
“BMGS” Joint-stock company has challenged the results of the Procurement in the Klaipeda Regional Court, submitting the complaint against the Procurement customer, i.e. Klaipeda State Seaport Authority, indicating that the offer of “LATVIJAS TILTI” Joint-stock company has an exceedingly low price. “LATVIJAS TILTI” Joint-stock company was assigned with a third-party status.
“LATVIJAS TILTI” Joint-stock company believes that the complaint submitted by the “BMGS” Joint-stock company is groundless.
