TORM A/S completes reduction of share capital by cancellation of treasury shares


TORM has completed a reduction of the Company’s share capital by cancellation of treasury shares acquired through the redemption process in connection with the implementation of the reverse stock split on 24 September 2015. The share capital reduction was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2015 and is completed following a statutory four-week creditor notice period.

As of today, TORM’s share capital is DKK 957,396,585.02 and comprises 63,826,439 A shares of DKK 15 each, one B share of DKK 0.01 and one C share of DKK 0.01.
