Alloy wheels manufacturer UNIWHEELS continues to grow - New sales record in
2015

Bad Dürkheim, 21st January 2016: UNIWHEELS AG remains on a growth path.
Once again in 2015 the sales of alloy wheels increased further. According
to preliminary figures, the sales performance in 2015 rose by 8.2% compared
to the previous year, to over 7.8 mil. wheels. Thereby the sales of wheels
increased substantially in the automotive industry, with new record figures
for supply of alloy wheels to the European automotive manufacturers. In
addition, the strong market position in the accessory market was expanded,
by supplying the worldwide accessory trade with wheels from the well-known
own brands ATS, RIAL, ALUTEC and ANZIO.

UNIWHEELS CEO Dr. Thomas Buchholz says: "We are very proud that our group
of companies were able to achieve such an excellent sales result again in
2015. Our already good position in the demanding market for alloy wheels
has further improved. The very successful and premium sector focussed
customer relationships in the automotive industry were able to be further
extended, and we achieved complete capacity utilisation most months, due to
the extremely strong order situation in 2015. Due to the ongoing high
customer demand for high quality wheels from our company, we see the start
of the upcoming production expansion with factory 4, whose commissioning is
right on schedule, as very positive. Therefore, from this summer, the
annual capacity of UNIWHEELS will be increased by up to 2 mil. units and/or
25% in several partial steps by mid-2017. We continue to predict a positive
development for 2016."

UNIWHEELS AG predicts a new record result on the basis of increased sales
figures for the preceding financial year 2015. Equally, due to the ongoing
high customer demand and capacity expansion with factory 4, further wheels
sales growth is expected in the financial year 2016.
