Collins and affiliated entities notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that their shareholding in BHF KB had crossed downward, on 19 January 2016, the threshold of 3% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and that they no longer held any share in BHF KB.
