Affecto Continues to Maintain and Develop Finnish Broadcasting Company’s Internet Services
Affecto is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement according to which it will continue to maintain and develop Finnish Broadcasting Company’s (Yle) Internet services also in 2016-2017. The agreement is based on a previous framework awarded through public tender. The total revenue impact of the contract is estimated to be at least EUR 1 million per year.
The services that Affecto will now continue to maintain and develop include Yle’s web services and Yle Areena, which is the largest Internet-tv and radio station in Finland and broadcasts both live and recorded radio and tv shows. Affecto has been developing the Internet services of Yle already since 2012.
