Rokiskio suris AB, Pramones str.3, Rokiskis, Lithuania, 2016-01-27 11:34 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rokiskio suris informs that on 27/01/2016 Rokiskio suris AB approached the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania with the request to investigate whether East Capital (Lux) Baltic Fund has not breached a ban on market manipulation as stated by the Law on Markets in Financial Instruments of the Republic of Lithuania by launching the ungrounded, according to the opinion of the management of Rokiskio suris AB, lawsuit to adjudge damage equal to EUR 11.474 million from Antanas Trumpa as well as, in the opinion of the company’s management, raising some of market players unsound expectations.
Considering the lawsuit initiated by East Capital (Lux) Baltic Fund, the management of Rokiskio suris AB would like to emphasize again that in the opinion of the management of Rokiskio suris AB, the company has always lawfully granted all the loans, and no harm was done to the company, therefore the lawsuit submitted by East Capital (Lux) Baltic Fund has no grounds and will not be contented.
