Caverion acquires YIT Kuntatekniikka's technical maintenance business in Mikkeli, Finland

Caverion acquires YIT Kuntatekniikka's technical maintenance  business in Mikkeli, Finland

Caverion has signed an agreement with YIT Kuntatekniikka Oy to acquire the company's technical maintenance business. The transaction supports Caverion's growth strategy and presence in the Mikkeli area in Finland. The purchase price is not disclosed.

In connection with the transaction, YIT Kuntatekniikka's technical maintenance personnel – approximately 60 employees – will transfer into Caverion Suomi Oy's employment on February 1, 2016, while retaining their status as "old employees".
