Eva-Lotta Rosenqvist leaves Nordea

Group Compliance Officer Eva-Lotta Rosenqvist has decided to leave Nordea.

- The work to improve our compliance set-up in Nordea has the highest priority,
and Eva-Lotta Rosenqvist has in the past months in her role as Group Compliance
Officer laid the foundation for the needed improvements in this area. We do,
however, have different views on the next steps in our compliance strategy, and
this has led to her decision to leave Nordea, says Group CEO Casper von Koskull,
and adds:

- Eva-Lotta has throughout her 18 years at Nordea contributed significantly to
the development of Nordea and has been a very competent and appreciated leader.
I would like to thank her for her efforts and wish her the best of luck going
forward.

Eva-Lotta Rosenqvist will continue in her current role until further notice. The
recruitment process to find a new Group Compliance Officer has been initiated.
