Sanoma Divests Finnish Language Service Company AAC Global

Sanoma is divesting the Finnish language service company AAC Global to Korona Invest.

Korona Invest is a Finnish private equity company specialised in growth and buyout investments in Finnish small and medium sized enterprises.

In 2015, the net sales of AAC Global totalled around EUR 15 million and the company employed around 120 FTEs. This divestment is in line with Sanoma’s strategy to focus its operations and divest selected ownerships.
