Judgement by the Swedish Market Court regarding directory services

The Swedish Market Court today delivered a judgement stating that consumers as
of June 30, 2016, shall be given the possibility to receive price information in
connection to calls and SMS to the directory service 118 118.
As previously informed, the Swedish Consumer Agency has claimed that Eniro 118
118 should provide price information when delivering directory services. Today,
the Swedish Market Court delivered a judgment stating that consumers as of 30
June, 2016, shall be given the possibilty to receive price information in
connection to calls and SMS to the directory service 118 118.

The outcome is in line with what Eniro has expected and the company now will
look at technical solutions to meet this. Today the company estimates that the
decision will have limited impact on earnings.

– We are pleased that the Swedish Market Court now has reached a decision and we
think it is good that the Court advocates a solution that has as little impact
on the experience of the service as possible. We are keen to provide our
customers answers as fast as possible, says Ylva Ekborn, CEO of Eniro 118 118
AB.
