Changes in Alma Media subsidiary Talentum Management Team

CHANGES IN ALMA MEDIA SUBSIDIARY TALENTUM MANAGEMENT TEAM

In accordance with the combination plan concluded between Alma Media and
Talentum, Talentum’s business operations and Alma Media’s Financial Media and
Business Services will be combined to form a new business unit in the course of
2016. In connection to this, Talentum’s Group Management Team will undergo the
following changes:

Niclas Köhler, CFO of Talentum Corporation, will step down after the financial
statements for 2015 are released on 12 February 2016. After this, Talentum
Corporation’s finances will be managed by Juha Nuutinen, CFO of Alma Media
Corporation.

Lasse Rosengren, General Counsel and Vice Executive President, will continue in
his role until 30 April 2016, being responsible for Talentum Corporation’s
governance. However, he will step down from his role as Director of the Talentum
Pro business as of 31 January 2016. The new Director of Talentum Pro is Maria
Ampiala, who has previously worked as Content Director at Talentum Pro. Ms
Ampiala will also be a member of the Management Team of the new business unit.

As announced earlier, Aarne Aktan will step down from his role of CEO of
Talentum Corporation on 12 February 2016, and act as the CEO of Talentum’s
Swedish subsidiary until the end of June. Tuomas Hämäläinen, Director of
Magazine Business, Finland, will continue in the role of Director of content
sales in the combined business unit, and Tapio Teppo will continue as the
Director of Talentum Events.

commitment to Talentum. The integration of Talentum and Alma Media is
progressing as planned, and Talentum’s management has been extremely cooperative

comments.

As of 13 February 2016, Juha-Petri Loimovuori will act as CEO of Talentum
Corporation; he is also CEO of Kauppalehti Ltd. The following individuals,
forming the Management Team of the new business unit to be formed following the
combination, will be responsible for the unit’s operations: Arno Ahosniemi
(editorial staff); Tuomas Hämäläinen (content sales); Tiina Järvilehto (media
sales); Otto Mattsson (Kauppalehti Information Services); Tapio Teppo (Talentum
Events), Pia Ruusukivi (digital development) and Maria Ampiala (Talentum Pro).
The Management Team will begin their work on 13 February 2016 and act as the
Group Management Team of Talentum Corporation for the spring. In addition,
Johanna Suhonen has been appointed as the Marketing Director of the new combined
business unit. Her previous role was the Head of Content Sales at Kauppalehti.
