Topdanmark now holds 10,500,000 own shares representing 10.0% of the share capital.
On 5 August 2015 (announcement No. 12/2015), Topdanmark announced that the holding of own shares was 5,750,000 shares representing 5.48% of the share capital. Since then in company announcement (weekly report on share buy-backs) No. 05 of 25 January 2015, Topdanmark announced that the holding of own shares was 10,223,000.
