Kingsdale previously served as executive director of the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority, an independent state agency established in 2006 under Massachusetts' landmark health reform legislation. As the executive director for the country's inaugural health benefit exchange, he led key initiatives to make health insurance universally available and to reform health care financing in Massachusetts.

Christopher Condeluci, former tax counsel, U.S. Senate Finance Committee. Condeluci is the principal of CC Law & Policy PLLC in Washington, DC. Prior to forming CC Law & Policy, Condeluci served as tax and benefits counsel to the Senate Finance Committee. During his time in Congress, Chris participated in the development of portions of the ACA, including the exchanges, the insurance market reforms and all of the new taxes enacted under the law. 

Sam Gibbs, executive director of AgileHealthInsurance.com. Gibbs is an acknowledged expert on health care public policy and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and is a featured speaker at the annual World Health Care Congress and the National Health Insurance Exchange Summit. Formally he was the president of government systems at eHealth Inc., responsible for new technology solutions for public and private health insurance exchanges.
