Construction contract (Ugala theatre)


Nordecon AS signed a contract with AS Riigi Kinnisvara for the reconstruction works of Ugala theatre building in Viljandi. During the works in this building with 10,000 sqm space the main hall with 500 seats will be renovated, the large rehearsal hall will be rebuilt into black box type hall with 200 seats, façade will be renewed, interior renovated, all stage technology systems replaced and land plot reconditioned.

The value of the works with reserve is 7.85 million euros, excluding VAT. The reconstruction works will be completed in 13 months.
