Nasdaq Copenhagen has decided to remove Berlin IV A/S from trading and official listing. Last day of trading the company’s shares will be 18 February 2016.
The reason for the deletion is that Immeo Dansk Holding ApS on 21 January 2016 initiated a compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in Berlin IV A/S pursuant to sections 70-72 of the Danish Companies Act. The shareholders of Berlin IV A/S have therefore been invited for a 4-week period ending on 18 February 2016, to transfer their shares in Berlin IV A/S to Immeo Dansk Holding ApS.
