AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 9, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Simpler Options, an Internet publishing company, is pleased to announce they will be holding a national scholarship essay contest. The two essay winners selected will receive a $3,000 and $2,000 scholarship. The Simpler Options team is honored to be a part of student's educational endeavors.
Annually, Simpler Options will hold an essay contest to award two scholarship prizes of $3,000 and $2,000 to two deserving students to put toward the Simpler Options membership for a total of $5,000 awarded annually. The funds will be distributed for the academic school year.
Eligible students must be enrolled full-time in an accredited American university or college majoring in finance or a related field.
To apply, students must submit an 800-1,000 word essay on the following topic: Discuss how higher education platforms can better prepare students to take part in online trading and better utilize online trading tools.
The essay submission deadline is June 1st 12:00 a.m. EST for the academic school year. The Simpler Options Scholarship Committee will then review the submitted essays. The winners will be announced on August 1st on the Simpler Options website. The winners will also be notified through email and phone call.
