Nasdaq Copenhagen has reprimanded Sparinvest SICAV as the investment undertaking did not disclose the annual report for 2014 in accordance with rule 3.8.13 in Rules for issuers of investment undertaking on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the exchange publishes decisions concerning a reprimand or a fine with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in Rules for issuers of shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen rule 5.
